Since the launch of the KrakenEXO SUPER II hoodie in 2022, we’ve received countless requests to create a shop where our customers and fans could grab branded gear.

With the launch of KnowYourHose.com and the amazing connections we’ve made along the way, we finally had the opportunity to bring this to life.

But here’s the deal—this shop isn’t about making money. Instead, we’ve pledged to donate 100% of the proceeds to a fire service charity. To start, we’re supporting Next Rung, an American organization that provides mental health services to first responders. Moving forward, we’ll rotate charities and ensure we share the wealth with Canadian organizations as well.

All profits from the Know Your Hose Swag Shop are donated to a fire service charity. When you shop with us, you’re giving back to the firefighting community while repping some awesome gear.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. While we’d love to offer international shipping in the future, it’s not available just yet. Stay tuned as we explore possibilities for global delivery.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to check your delivery status. Keep in mind that some items may ship separately and have their own tracking numbers.

Clothing Pro Tip – Wash clothing inside out in cold water. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Hang/air dry clothing whenever possible or tumble dry on low heat.

Dishware Pro Tip – Avoid using the dishwasher on printed cups/tumblers. It can wear away the designs over time.
